摘要
介绍了由数控电位器、仪表放大器以及单片机构成的激光焊监测系统信号处理电路的工作原理及实用电路。该电路能将传感器摄取的强弱不同的信号自动放大到预先设定的电平上,使输入信号的动态范围达到最大,为实现对传感信号的精确分析、显示及相关处理创造了条件。实验表明:电路具有反应速度快、精度高、抗干扰能力强等特点。
The principle and circuit of monitoring system in laser welding are introduced in this article,which consist of numeric control potentiometer,instrumentation amplifier and SCP for data processing.The circuit can amplify different strength signal to the preset electric level,which enlarges the input signals of range,and helps to display precisely,analyzed and process the signal and processing.The result shows this circuit is of rapid response,precision and reliability.
