摘要
以一种数控机床工作平台机构为研究对象,对该平台机构的动态特性进行了研究。首先利用Solidworks建立了工作平台的三维实体模型,通过转换文件格式导入ANSYS中进行模态分析,得到了数控机床工作平台机构6阶固有频率及振型,找出机构在工作过程中共振发生频率较多的位置,并且验证了数控机床设计的合理性。同时在模态分析的基础上进行谐响应分析,利用点-面结合的方式分析了X,Y,Z轴方向的位移响应曲线,得出了不同频率下结构的抗振性能,为数控机床工作平台机构的优化设计提供参考。
The dynamic characteristics of the platform mechanism are studied with the work platform of a CNC machine tool as the research object. First, Solidworks is used to establish the three-dimensional solid model of the working platform, modal analysis is carried out by converting the file format into ANSYS, obtained six natural frequencies and vibration type work platform of CNC machine tools, to find out the mechanism in the process of resonance frequency of position, and verify the rationality of the design of CNC machine tool. At the same time, harmonic response analysis is carried out on the basis of modal analysis. The displacement response curves of X, Y and Z axes are analyzed by the combination of point and plane. The anti vibration performance of the structure under different frequencies is obtained, which provides a reference for the optimization design of the working platform mechanism of CNC machine tools.
