摘要
医疗信息化是现代化医学系统发展的趋势。为了提高门诊系统效率,我院设计并成功建成实施了门诊医生工作站系统。本文首先回顾了现阶段国外医疗信息化发展历程,指出了国内发展的落后和不足。之后结合我院门诊医疗信息系统现阶段存在的问题,指出研发了以"门诊电子病历"为核心的门诊医生工作站系统的重要性。之后就已建成并实施的系统,介绍了门诊医生工作站的系统架构和功能设计,详细分析了门诊电子病历、门诊管理和系统管理三大模块。最后回顾了系统上线一年来对我中心门诊系统的改善情况,指出该系统对于规范化管理,增加门诊效率和促进科研水平提升都起到了重要作用。
Medical digitalization is the trend for the development of modern medical system.In order to improve the efficiency of the out-patient system,we developed an out-patient doctor workstation in Shanghai Children' s Medical Center.In this paper,current situation of medical digitalization in foreign countries is firstly introduced.In contrast,the backward situation in China is indicated.Then the importance of developing a new out-patient doctor workstation is pointed out via indicating the problems in current out-patient medical information system.After that,the designed construction and function of the new out-patient doctor workstation is introduced.In addition,the principle and composition of the out-patient electronic medical record system,out-patient management and system management are analyzed in detail.Finally,the improvements of our outpatient medical system via the new out-patient doctor workstation are reviewed.The new workstation is of great importance for standardizing management,improving out-patient efficiency and promoting scientific researches.
