分析胸部CT低剂量扫描的吸收剂量与图像质量的相关性

摘要 目的总结分析胸部CT低剂量扫描的图像质量和吸收剂量之间的关系。方法本次入选的低剂量组、常规组患者均因病情所需接受胸部CT检查,低剂量组管电流30m A、常规组管电流200m A。记录CT扫描过程中仪器所示剂量参数(CTDI、DLP)、图像质量,将所得数据输入SPSS软件后给予相应分析。结果两组患者均顺利完成CT检查,经分析可知研究组CTDI、DLP均显著低于对照组,数据对比P<0.05;研究组图像质量优良率(80.00%)与对照组(88.00%)对比P>0.05。结论低剂量自动曝光控制实施胸部CT检查,能够有效地减少吸收剂量,同时不会对图像质量产生影响,值得推广应用。 Objective The relationship between the image quality and the absorbed dose of low-dose CT scan was analyzed.Methods The patients in the low-dose group and the routine group received chest CT examination because of the condition of the disease. The tube current of the low-dose group was 30 m A, and the conventional group tube current was 200 m A. The dose parameters(CTDI, DLP) and image quality were recorded in the process of CT scanning, and the data were input into the SPSS software to give the corresponding analysis. Results Two patients were successfully completed the CT examination, the analysis shows that the study group CTDI and DLP were significantly lower than the control group, comparison of the data P<0.05; research images of high quality rate(80%) and control group(88%) compared to P>0.05.Conclusion Low dose automatic exposure control to perform chest CT examination, can effectively reduce the absorbed dose, and will not affect the image quality, it is worth promoting the application.
