摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对胸乳路径腔镜甲状腺手术后并发症的影响。方法抽取收治的20例甲状腺手术病人给予探讨,按数字顺序分组,参照组采取传统护理方法,实验组选择综合护理方法,观察两组的治疗效果。结果通过观察分析,实验组显著优于参照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义。结论针对甲状腺手术病人采取综合护理方法,能够有效提高治疗效果,降低并发症,提高病人满意度,促进病人康复,临床效果明显。
Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on complications after endoscopic thyroidectomy. Methods 20 cases of thyroid surgery patients were selected and discussed. The patients in the reference group were treated with traditional nursing methods, and the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing methods. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results Through observation and analysis, the experimental group was significantly better than the reference group, the difference was significant, statistically significant. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing method for thyroid surgery patients can effectively improve the treatment effect, reduce complications, improve patient satisfaction, and promote the rehabilitation of patients, and the clinical effect is obvious.
