摘要
目的本次实验将针对前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的患者进行治疗,其主要应用的技术包括经尿道钬激光碎石术联合等离子电切术,通过临床治疗改善为患者的康复提供更好地方式。方法本次实验以2017年1月至2017年12月为病例选取的区间,并以前来治疗的前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者为对象。在挑选的符合实验纳入标准的50例患者中,按照手术先后进行分组,通过组间对比探究实验成效。对照组采用耻骨上小切口膀胱切开取石术,并需要结合经尿道前列腺电切术,观察组则采用经尿道钬激光碎石术联合等离子电切术,并针对手术结果,突发问题等进行对比分析。结果从手术的基本情况上看,观察组在手术用时、术中出血量上明显优于对照组,具有自身优势。此外,在残余尿量、国际前列腺症状评分上也是优于对照组的,在生活质量的改善上明显提升。最后,在并发症方面,无论是贫血还是膀胱痉挛,其发生率得到了相对较好的控制。结论采用采用经尿道钬激光碎石术联合等离子电切术的治疗措施,对于采用经尿道钬激光碎石术联合等离子电切术的患者有着不错的反馈效果,能够缩小创伤,减少并发症带来的困扰,患者的恢复期缩短,成为现阶段较为理想的治疗手段。
Objective This study will treat patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones.Its main applications include transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy combined with plasma resection.The improvement of clinical treatment provides a better way for the rehabilitation of patients.Methods The experiment was conducted from January 2017 to December 2017 as the case selection case, and patients with prostate hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones were treated.Among the 50 selected patients who met the experimental inclusion criteria, they were grouped according to the operation, and the results were explored by comparison between groups. The control group was treated with a small suprapubic incision for bladder incision, and combined with transurethral resection of the prostate.The observation group was treated with transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy combined with plasma electrotomy, and the surgical results, sudden problems, etc. were compared and analyzed.Results From the basic situation of the operation, the observation group was superior to the control group in the amount of surgery and intraoperative blood loss, and had its own advantages. In addition, the residual urine volume and the international prostate symptom score were also superior to the control group, and the improvement in quality of life was significantly improved.Finally, in terms of complications, whether it is anemia or bladder spasm, the incidence is relatively well controlled.Conclusion The treatment of transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy combined with plasma electrotomy is a good feedback effect for patients undergoing transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy combined with plasma resection, which can reduce trauma and reduce the troubles caused by complications.The patient’s recovery period is shortened, and become an ideal treatment at this stage.
