摘要
目的探讨超声造影在肺周占位穿刺活检中的临床应用价值。方法选取在本院行肺周占位穿刺活检的90例患者进行观察研究,分成两个组别,其中55例患者在进行穿刺活检之前接受超声造影检查,该组作为研究组,35例未接受超声造影检查的患者则被纳入到对照组。对两组患者的病情诊断准确率情况、穿刺次数、并发症情况等指标进行统计比较。结果在病情诊断准确率方面,研究组共有53例病情得到正确诊断,占比为96.36%,对照组诊断正确的患者有29例,占比为82.86%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者的穿刺次数情况进行比较,研究组平均为(2.2±0.4)次,对照组平均为(2.4±0.5)次,另外,研究组并发症发生率为1.82%(1/55),对照组为2.86%(1/35),以上两项指标,研究组水平均略低于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在行肺周占位穿刺活检之前对患者进行超声造影检查,可以更好地进行病灶观察,使病例诊断准确率得到提升,并且超声造影检查可以确保患者安全,临床应用效果较好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in peripulmonary space-occupying biopsy. Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent peripulmonary mass biopsy in our hospital were divided into two groups: 55 patients were examined by contrast-enhanced ultrasound before the biopsy was performed, and the group served as a study group.35 patients without contrast-enhanced ultrasonography were included in the control group. The diagnostic accuracy, puncture times and complications of the two groups were compared statistically. Results In terms of diagnostic accuracy, 53 cases(96.36%) were correctly diagnosed in the study group. There were 29 cases(82.86%) in the control group with correct diagnosis. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The average times of puncture were(2.2±0.4) times in the study group and(2.4±0.5) times in the control group. In addition, the incidence of complications in the study group was 1.82%(1/55). The control group was 2.86%(1/35). The level of the above two indexes in the study group was slightly lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound was performed on the patients before the peripulmonary space occupying biopsy was performed. Contrast examination can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and ensure the safety of patients, and the clinical application effect is better.
