Analysis of the Effect of Placing Intrauterine Device Immediately after Artificial Abortion on Vaginal Bleeding Time and Bleeding Volume

摘要 目的探究对人工流产术患者在术后立即放置宫内节育器对其阴道出血时间、出血量的具体影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月医院妇科计划生育门诊接收的需要行人工流产术的110例妇女,随机分成甲、乙两组,甲组(55例)均自愿在术后接受宫内节育器放置,均无上环禁忌证;乙组(55例)仅单纯进行人工流产术,不接受术后节育器放置,对比2组妇女的阴道出血时间及出血量。结果甲、乙两组的术后出血时间与术后出血量之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论人工流产术后立即为妇女放置宫内节育器,不会对其阴道出血时间和出血量造成影响,既可有效降低意外妊娠发生率,又可减少流产次数,为女性的身心健康提供保障,促进家庭和谐,具有较高的安全性与可行性,值得强烈推广。 Objective To explore the specific effects of intrauterine device(IUD) placement on vaginal bleeding time and volume in patients undergoing artificial abortion immediately after operation. Methods A total of 110 women who underwent artificial abortion after admission from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into groups A and B. Group A(55 cases) accepted intrauterine device placement voluntarily after operation. No contraindication of superior ring was found in all patients. Group B(55 cases) only performed abortion alone, and did not receive postoperative IUD placement. The vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between postoperative bleeding time and postoperative bleeding volume in group A and group B(P>0.05). Conclusion Immediate placement of intrauterine devices for women after artificial abortion will not affect the time of vaginal bleeding and the amount of bleeding, which can effectively reduce the incidence of accidental pregnancy, reduce the number of miscarriages, and provide protection for women’s physical and mental health. To promote family harmony, with high security and feasibility, it is worth promoting.
