摘要
目的研究空管用药与根管充填治疗儿童乳牙牙髓炎的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年10月至2017年9月期间本院接收的90例乳牙牙髓炎患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方法的差异分为对照组(根管充填)和观察组(空管用药),45例/组。将两组的临床疗效、疼痛发生率、患儿家长治疗满意度进行比对。结果观察组乳牙牙髓炎患儿的临床总有效率(95.56%)、患儿家长治疗满意度(95.56%)均明显高于对照组数据,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组乳牙牙髓炎患儿的疼痛发生率(4.44%)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空管用药治疗儿童乳牙牙髓炎的效果比根管充填更加优越,可降低疼痛发生率,提高患儿家长治疗满意度。
Objective To study the effect of endodontic drugs and root canal filling on pulpitis of children’s deciduous teeth. Methods The clinical data of 90 children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the differences in treatment methods, they were divided into the control group(root canal filling) and the observation group(air tube medication), 45 cases/group. The clinical efficacy, incidence of pain and treatment satisfaction of parents of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate(95.56%) and parents’ treatment satisfaction(95.56%) of children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of pain in children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth in the observation group(4.44%) was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of treating pulpitis of children’s deciduous teeth with air tube medicine is superior to that of root canal filling, which can reduce the incidence of pain and improve the treatment satisfaction of parents.
