摘要
目的探讨对糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预的方法以及效果。方法选择在本院接受治疗的150例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院先后顺序不同,将先入院的患者共计75例纳入到对照组,给予糖尿病常规护理,后入院的75例患者纳入到研究组,给予糖尿病综合护理干预,进行护理效果和满意度的比较分析。结果经过相应的护理之后,研究组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)等指标水平均显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进行两组患者护理满意度对比,研究组护理满意度为97.33%,明显高于对照组的82.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预有助于提升患者的血糖控制效果,改善血脂状况,赢得患者满意。
Objective To explore the method and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for diabetic patients. Methods 150 patients with diabetes mellitus received treatment in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, according to the different order of admission, 75 patients were included in the control group and were given routine nursing care of diabetes mellitus, 75 patients admitted to the hospital were included in the study group and were given comprehensive nursing intervention, to compare the nursing effect and satisfaction. Results After corresponding nursing care, fasting blood glucose(FBG),) 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.67%),the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for diabetic patients is helpful to improve the blood glucose control effect, improve the blood lipid status and win the satisfaction of the patients.
