摘要
目的探讨将延续性护理应用于缺血性脑卒中患者护理中对肢体功能锻炼效果产生的影响。方法选取2017年6月-2018年7月在本院治疗的86例缺血性脑卒中患者分为2组,常规组仅行常规院内护理,干预组再行延续性护理,观察患者康复效果。结果出院后3个月,干预组患者FMA评分、SF-36评分及Barthel指数相关常规组均显著更高(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理应用于缺血性脑卒中患者,可使康复锻炼效果获得明显提高,有助于提高总体康复效果,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on limb function exercise in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 86 patients with ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were divided into two groups.The routine group only received routine in-hospital nursing,and the intervention group received continuing nursing to observe the rehabilitation effect of patients.Results Three months after discharge,the FMA score,SF-36 score and Barthel index in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing applied to patients with ischemic stroke can significantly improve the effect of rehabilitation exercise,help to improve the overall rehabilitation effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
