股骨近端防旋髓内钉与锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对比分析股骨近端防旋髓内钉与锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法回顾分析我院收治的102例股骨转子间骨折患者的临床资料,将采用锁定钢板内固定治疗的51例患者设为对照组,将采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗的51例设为观察组,观察对比两组患者疗效。结果观察组手术时间、切口大小、术中出血量均优于对照组(P<0.05);随访跟踪随访6个月,观察组骨折愈合时间、harris评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组综合并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效较锁定钢板内固定治疗具有明显优势,具有较高临床推广应用价值。 Objective To compare and analyze curative effect of proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail and locking plate internal fixation in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods Review and analze clinical data of 102 cases intertrochanteric fracture patients in our hospital.51 cases treated with locking plate internal fixation were included in control group,and 51 cases treated with proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail included in observation group.Observe and compare curative effect of two groups.Results Operation time,incision size and intraoperative bleeding volume of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).After 6 months follow-up,healing time and Harris scores of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Comprehensive complications incidence in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail has more obvious advantages than locking plate internal fixation in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture,which is of high clinical application value.
