摘要
目的观察风险管理对肿瘤患者跌倒/坠床发生率的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月至2017年12月)肿瘤患者66例,根据抽签法分为观察组及对照组各33例。观察组实施集束化预防跌倒/坠床管理,对照组实施预防跌倒/坠床管理,比较两组管理效果。结果观察组跌倒/坠床发生率为3.03%,对照组为18.18%(P>0.05)。观察组依从率为85.71%,对照组为36.36%(P>0.05)。结论将跌倒/坠床风险管理应用于肿瘤住院患者中,可有效提升患者依从性,降低跌倒/坠床发生率,具有临床推广及应用价值。
Objective To observe effect of risk management on falls/falling bed incidence of tumors patients.Methods Choose 66 cases cancer patients from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital.According to drawing lots method,divide them into observation group and control group,33 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with cluster management to prevent falling/falling bed,while control group with prevention falling/falling bed management.Compare management effects of two groups.Results Incidence of falling/falling bed was 3.03%in observation group and 18.18%in control group(P>0.05).Compliance rate was 85.71%in observation group and 36.36%in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of falling/falling bed risk management can improve compliance and reduce falling/falling bed incidence of cancer inpatients effectively,which is of clinical promotion and application value.
