高蛋白肠内营养液用于口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察高蛋白肠内营养液对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者术后营养状况的影响。方法:选取颌面部恶性肿瘤择期手术患者46例,随机分为实验组(23例),对照组(23例)。实验组给予高蛋白肠内营养液进行营养支持,对照组给予均衡肠内营养液,分别于术前1天、术后7天检测人体测量指标、营养指标、记录术后肠内营养液耐受情况及并发症的发生率。结果:实验组体重、TSF、ACM、体重丢失率下降小于对照组(P<0. 05);术后第7天实验组血清中的总白蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)与对照组比较无明显差异;实验组前清白蛋白(PA)、淋巴细胞总数(LY)、转铁蛋白(TF)显著高于对照组(P<0. 05);两组均能耐受肠内营养液,并发症无差异。结论:颌面部恶性肿瘤术后病人可耐受高蛋白肠内营养液,早期应用有效减轻体重下降,改善其营养状况。 Objective: To observe the effect of nutritional status on high-protein enteral nutrient solution in postoperative patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors. Methods: 46 cases of patients with elective surgery for malignant tumors of maxillofacial region were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(23 cases) and control group(23 cases). The experimental group was given high-protein enteral nutrient solution for nutritional support, and the control group was given balanced enteral nutrient solution, which were tested respectively on human measurement indicators,nutrition indicators, and recorded the tolerance of postoperative enteral nutrient solution and the incidence of complications on the 1 th day before surgery and the 7 th days after surgery. Results: The weight, TSF, ACM and weight loss decreased less in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum total albumin(TP), albumin(ALB) and hemoglobin(Hb) between the experimental group and the control group on the 7 th day after surgery.The serum albumin(PA), total lymphocyte(LY) and transferrin(TF) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Both groups were able to tolerate enteral nutrient solution, and there was no difference in complications. Conclusion: Postoperative patients with malignant maxillofacial tumors can tolerate high-protein enteral nutrient solution, and early application can effectively reduce weight loss and improve their nutritional status.
