摘要
唇形科鼠尾草属植物荔枝草(Salvia plebeia R.Br.)的全草粗提物,对单纯疱疹病毒有体外抑制作用。从中分到八个单体化合物,鉴定了其中六个单体为高车前素(hispidulin,I);泽兰黄酮(nepetin,III);4-羟基苯基乳酸(4-hydroxyphenyllactic acid,IV);咖啡酸(caffeic acid,V);高车前甙(homoplanta-ginin,VII);假荆芥属甙(nepitrin,VIII)。其中咖啡酸对单纯疱疹病毒具有体外抑制作用。
Eight chemical compounds were isolated from Salnia plebia. Six of them were identified as hispidulin (Ⅰ), nepetin (Ⅲ), 4-hydroxyphenyllactic acid (Ⅳ), caffeic acid(Ⅴ), homoplantaginin(Ⅶ), and nepitrin (Ⅷ). Compound V has not been found previously in this herb. Pharmacological examination showed that compound V possessed inhibitory activity against Herpes simplex virus (type Ⅰ).
