油包水型乳状液蜡沉积冷指实验研究 被引量:18

摘要 采用我国某油田生产的高含蜡原油作为实验介质,利用蜡沉积冷指实验装置研究了油包水型乳状液蜡沉积量随含水率和剪切强度的变化规律。并结合高温气相色谱分析技术探讨了沉积物碳数分布随乳状液含水率的变化规律,结果表明:剪切条件下油包水型乳状液蜡沉积量随含水率的增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势,且随着剪切强度的增加而不断增大;含水率和剪切强度对沉积物的碳数分布具有重要影响,而沉积物的碳数分布对沉积层的硬度起着重要的作用,直接影响着清管的难易程度。这些研究结论为今后开展油-水两相蜡沉积研究奠定了基础。 The laws of wax deposition in w/o emul-sion were studied with highly waxy crude oil pro-duced in an oilfield of China as the experimentalmedia under conditions of different water cut andshear strength.The influence of different watercut on carbon number distributions of deposits wasdiscussed with the help of high temperature gaschromatography(HTGC)technology.The resultsshowed that deposition mass decreased and then in-creased with water cut increasing under shear con-ditions,but increased and then decreased withshear strength increasing.The water cut and shearstrength have important influence on carbon num-ber distribution and the deposition layer hardnessso that the difficulty of pigging is affected.Thestudy has laid a foundation for further study on oil-water two-phase wax deposition.
