摘要
本文通过检索PubMed和SinoMed中与放射性损伤(RⅡ)相关的文献,总结常见的电离辐射和RⅡ的影响因素,分析RⅡ的分子机制和基因调控,讨论不同细胞周期和肿瘤细胞的放射线易感性,介绍不同组织RⅡ的症状及病理机制,展望干细胞治疗RⅡ的未来方向。
Recent literatures on radiation-induced injury(RⅡ) were searched in Pub Med and Sino Med. Common ionizing radiation and factors of RⅡ were summarized. More importantly,the molecular mechanism and gene regulation were analyzed. The radiosusceptibility of normal cell at different stage of cell cycle and cancer cell were discussed. Furthermore,symptoms and pathological mechanism of RⅡ of different organs or tissues were briefly introduced. Finally,the authors also looked into the future of treating RⅡ using stem cell therapy.
