摘要
近年来在结肠癌外科领域引入了全结肠系膜切除的概念,同时低位直肠癌的保肛手术及扩大根治术也有较多进展。新辅助治疗也在直肠癌外科治疗中发挥重要作用。
Recently the concept of complete mesocolic excision has been introduced into the filed of surgery of colon cancer .The preservation of sphincter and enlarged radical operation have also been identified for low rectal cancer ,and neo-adjuvant therapy play an important role in the surgery of rectal cancer .
