摘要
为掌握6103硅橡胶长期贮存的老化机理,对一组不同自然贮存时间的硅橡胶制品进行了硬度、压缩永久变形率等宏观性能测试,并分别从其内部和表面进行取样,采用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱等对微观结构进行了分析。结果发现:随着贮存时间增加,其交联密度、硬度明显增加,压缩永久变形率降低,样品表面有羰基生成,氧原子百分含量增加。分析表明:6103硅橡胶老化机理为自由基引发的氧化交联反应,且以表面反应为主。
In order to grasp the aging mechanism of type 6103 silicone rubber during long term storage,a series of silicon rubber with different storage time are tested in terms of macro performance such as hard-ness and compression permanent set value,and the microstructure is analyzed by using infrared spectrum and X-ray photoelectron spectrum with samples from inner and outer surface.It is found that crosslinking density and hardness and atom content of oxygen increase but permanent compression set value decreases with storage time.Meanwhile,carbonyl groups form on the sample surface.Based on those results,the aging mechanism may be ascribed to oxidation and crosslinkage reaction initiated by free radical,mainly occurring on the surface.
