摘要 近年来我国开采煤层气的步伐加快,而利用率低,其原因在于甲烷含量低和燃料效率低等。因此有效地富集提纯煤层气,开发高效的CH_4/N_2分离技术就显得尤为关键。相比较传统的分离技术,高效、经济的PSA吸附分离技术在CH_4/N_2中展示出广阔的前景。通过分析国内外传统吸附材料和新型吸附材料的研究现状,对其各自的吸附机理、吸附工艺进行探讨,为以后高效CH_4/N_2分离材料的开发和研究提供了新的参考依据,同时展望吸附分离技术在CH_4/N_2分离领域的发展与应用前景。 Recently, the exploitation and utilization of coalbed methane(CBM) are accelerately studied in China, however its low utilization rate is due to low methane content and consequently low combustion efficiency. Therefore, the development of methane-nitrogen separation technique is particularly critical for the effetive enrichment and purification of CBM. Compared with the traditional separation technology, Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA) show a significant prospect in methane-nitrogen separation for the efficiency and economy. The domestic and international research progresses in the adsorption materials of PSA were analyzed and further the mechanisms and adsorption processes were discussed, which provides a new reference for the exploition of high-efficiency methane-nitrogen separation materials in the future.The application prospect of PSA in the separation of CH4/N2 is also forecasted.
