The development and specialty of civil aviation field provide the possibility that civil aviation enterprises participate in vocational education, which civil aviation colleges can contact deeply with civil aviation enterprises, utilize enterprises' resources and enrich practical facilities. This cooperation can provide a foundation for constructing reasonable teaching staff, updating education contents, studying enterprises' management system and culture, enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.
