Bicon短种植体修复后牙区牙列缺损临床效果分析

摘要 目的观察Bicon短种植体修复后牙区牙列缺损的临床效果。方法选择行后牙区牙列缺损种植修复的患者88例,一期手术植入94枚Bicon短种植体,4~6个月后行义齿修复,根据临床表现及X线检查评价临床疗效。结果 94枚短种植体无松动脱落,均获得良好的骨结合,种植体颈部骨组织稳定,未出现种植体周围炎,种植存留率达100%。结论应用Bicon短种植体种植修复后牙区牙列缺损能减少患者手术费用和痛苦,缩短治疗周期,降低手术风险,获得较高的成功率,易为患者接受。
