摘要
根据卓越工程师的特点,分析了当前纺织专业学生存在的问题,如缺乏自我认知的能力,创新能力不高,实践能力不强,以及部分课程设置不合理、师资水平不够高等,有针对性的提出相应的措施,阐述了培养纺织行业卓越工程师的途径。
According to the features of the innovative competence,the analysis of problems existing in the course of the present textile students,such as lacking of the self-awareness,Innovation ability is not high,Practical ability is not strong,and some specialized courses is not appropriately arranged,short level of the teaching staff,and so on.puts forward some corresponding measures,The way of culturing the innovative competence were discussed detailed.
