摘要
从型腔类零件电火花成形加工的实际需要出发,提出了一种新的冲液方式——"交互式冲液"。在分析冲液作用机理的同时,实验验证了新方法对提高电火花成形加工效率的有效性。并分析得出冲液时换向频率与加工时各工艺因素的关系,得出对不同截面尺寸型腔加工时的最佳冲液频率。
On the basis of the actual machining,a new method'the reciprocating flushing'for the EDM( Electrical Discharge Machining) has been designed. By analyzing the mechanism of flushing in the EDM process,the experiment has been implemented which shows that the new method could improve the processing efficiency. By the analysis of experimental results,the relationship between the frequencies of 'the reciprocating flushing'and various factors which affect the efficiency,and for the different sizes of electrode,which frequency is most efficient to the EDM process has been discussed.
