摘要
以锡机近些年研发的轴承套圈磨加工工艺装备为例,对我国铁路轴承套圈磨加工自动线的发展状况进行了概述,重点介绍了自动线中关键磨床主机的技术性能特点以及锡机在满足高端铁路轴承套圈磨削加工生产要求上所取得的主要技术突破。
This article illustrates with example of bearing ring grinding process which is researched and developed by XIJI in recent years,sketches the developing prospect of railway bearing ring grinding automatic line. It mainly describes the technical performances and characteristics of the most important grinder in automatic line and XIJI's main technical breakthrough in the respect of meeting producing requirements for advanced railway bearing ring grinding.
