摘要 数控机床的典型试件切削和检验是机床验收的重要依据之一,可以真实而全面地反映机床的实际应用问题。对现行的国内外典型数控机床切削性能测试试件进行综述。重点针对数控机床的工作精度检验重切削性能和切削颤振极限检验。以及多种数控机床单一性能的切削检测试件进行了介绍。系统介绍了众多试件的形式、特点以及对应型面特征所反映的机床问题。进而掌握机床验收试件有关的关键技术。 Typical parts' cutting test with CNC machine tools is one of the important basis of the machine tool acceptance,which could truly anti completely reflect the practical application of machine tool.The current domestic and international typical cutting performance test parts for the acceptance of CNC machine tools are overviewed.Focusing on the testing of machining accuracy,heavy cutting ahilitv and cutting chatter limit of CNC machine tools,as we,ll as some single cutting performance detection,a variety of testing parts for CNC machine tools are introduced.The form anti characteristic of many parts,and the surface features of testing parts which reflect the corresponding problems of machine tool are systematically introduced.And then,mastering the key technologies of machine tool parts related to the CNC machine tool acceptance.
