摘要
对比钻削碳纤维复合材料(CFRP),碳纤维复合材料-钛合金层板(CFRP-Ti),得出钻削CFRP-Ti时的CFRP入口分层、孔径误差、形状误差以及孔的表面粗糙度均比单独钻削CFRP时的要差。其原因是CFRP在上层,当钻削钛合金层时,一方面轴向钻削力大,钻削过程不平稳;另一方面钛合金的钻屑为螺旋长条状,这些都会影响已形成的孔壁。尤其在高转速下,此影响更为严重。
Comparing drilling carbon fiber reinforced plastics( CFRP) and carbon fiber reinforced plastics-titanium alloy laminate( CFRP-Ti),concludes the delamination of CFRP at the entrance,the diameter error,the shape error and the surface roughness of the hole of drilling CFRP-Ti are worse. The reason is that CFRP is put on Ti,during drilling Ti,the thrust force is big,the drilling process is not smooth; on the other hand,the chips of Ti is spiral strip,all these would affect the formed hole wall. Especially under high speed,the effect is more serious.
