摘要 对于实际带有微小压痕的球轴承沟道表面,利用白光扫描干涉仪测量,对测量结果运用减量迭代的算法求得压痕的深度分布从而获得最大深度值。通过对标准台阶面台阶高度的测量,对该分析方法进行验证,确认该方法的可行性与准确性。 For the ball bearing channel surface with micro indentation,by the white light scanning interferometer measurement,using decrement iterative algorithm to gain the indentation depth distribution and maximum depth value. By the measurement of standard step surface height to verify the analysis,confirm the feasibility and accuracy of the method.
