摘要
分别对无冷却介质、压缩空气冷却、气雾冷却、油雾冷却状态下的铝合金车轮刀具寿命进行对比实验,得到油雾冷却能达到普通湿式冷却的效果;同时对比了无冷却介质、氧气冷却、压缩空气冷却、气雾冷却、油雾冷却、低温冷风状态下,连续加工铝合金棒料(Ф70 mm)后刀具的磨损情况及工件的表面粗糙度情况,得到低温冷风能达到和油雾冷却相当的效果,从切削液的角度来探讨铝合金车轮干切削和半干切削技术,分析了冷却和润滑在铝合金车轮干切削和半干切削过程中的原理。
Compares the tool's lifetime during machining the aluminum wheel in different situations: no cooling medium,compressed air cooling,mist cooling,oil mist cooling,the result is that the oil mist cooling is as good as the traditional cooling method. At the same time,compares the tool wear and surface roughness of aluminum bar( Ф70mm) in the following condition: no cooling medium,oxygen cooling,compressed air cooling,mist cooling,oil mist cooling,low temperature cold,the result is that the low temperature cold is as good as oil mist cooling. Discusses the dry & semi-dry machining technology about aluminum wheel from the cutting fluid,analyzes the principle of the dry & semi-dry machining technology from the cooling and lubricating.
