摘要
目的 :观察激素性股骨头坏死一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)的变化以及丹参对它的影响。方法 :2 8只兔随机分为三组。正常对照组 8只、模型组 1 0只、模型组加复方丹参组 (简称复方丹参组 ) 1 0只。放射免疫检测血浆 NO、ET的浓度。结果 :模型组第 8周 NO水平较对照组降低明显 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而且随激素应用时间的延长 (2、4、8周 ) ,NO水平逐渐降低少。第 8周 ET水平较对照组升高明显 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 ) ,而且随激素应用时间的延长 (2、4、8周 ) ,ET水平逐渐增高。复方丹参组第 8周 ET水平较模型组降低明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :激素性股骨头坏死血管内皮功能受损 ,复方丹参能部分影响激素性股骨头坏死血管内皮功能受损状态。
Objective:To observe NO,ET in the steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head (INFH) and the effect of Danshen on NO,ET in INFH.Methods:28 rabbits were distributed into three study groups:contrast group,model group and Dan-shen group.NO,ET were observed at 2,4,8 weeks.Results:NO level was signifcently lower in model group than in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01),along with the time of Hydroprednison injecting (after 2,4 and 8 weeks of usage),NO level gradully decreased,althouth ET level increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01).ET was lower in Danshen group than that in model group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the INFH.disorder defect of vessel endothelial cell,were the cause of thrombosis in femoral head nourish vessel,which can be prevented by dan-shen.
