摘要 目的 :观察含纳米金刚石填料对复合树脂机械性能的影响 ,探索纳米金刚石的最佳比例。方法 :按不同比例将纳米金刚石添加到复合树脂中 ,检测其抗压强度和显微硬度。结果 :添加比例在 0 .0 0 5 %以下抗压强度、显微硬度无明显改变 ;添加比例在 0 .0 0 5 %~ 0 .3%之间抗压强度、显微硬度明显提高 ,0 .0 2 %比例提高最为明显 ;添加比例在 0 .3%以上抗压强度、显微硬度明显降低。结论 AIM:To evaluate the effect of nano-diamond contained filler on the compressive strength and microhardness of composite resin and to discuss appropriate proportion of nano-diamond.METHODS:Nano-diamond of different amount was added into the composite resin, which was followed by examination of the compressive strength and microhardness.RESULTS:The compressive strength and microhardness of the composite resin were not changed when the proportion of nano-diamond was less than 0.005% ,but were significantly improved when the proportion was between 0.005% and 0.3%,especially when it was 0.02%. When the proportion was more than 0.3%,the compressive strength and microhardness were decreased.CONCLUSION:According to the results, we concluded that appropriate proportion of nano-diamond could improve the compressive strength and microhardness of the composite resin.
