摘要
在100例心脏直视手术和100例人体心脏标本观察中,发现均有“升主动脉皱襞”这一结构存在。对“皱襞”的形态、结构进行了肉眼和组织学观察。讨论了“皱襞”的临床意义。
100 heart specimens(adults 28,children 72)were dissected and 100 patients (male47,female 53) were operated with open-heart surgery.An unknown special struc-ture on the anterior wall of the ascending aorta was seen in every case.It was na-med“Pliea of Ascending Aorta”temporarily.The shape,structure and location ofthis plica were observed and histological examination was made from a fresh heartspecimen.This plica is recommended as a useful natural marker in heart opera-tion.
