摘要
人才培养是我国高校的办学主旨及核心目标,是大学之道的灵魂所在。本文从人才培养团体标准化这个新角度,对如何构建人才培养团体标准体系,做好人才培养工作展开探讨。
Talents training is the main purpose and core goal of colleges and universities in China,which is also the soul of the university’s way.From the new point of standardization of talent training groups,this paper explores how to build a standard system of talent training groups and do a good job in talent training.
