有创与无创机械通气对高龄急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者血气分析、血浆脑钠肽及C反应蛋白水平的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨有创与无创机械通气对高龄急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者血气分析、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法选择100例ARDS患者,按照数字列表法随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,比较两组患者治疗前后血气分析指标、BNP、CRP水平。结果观察组通气后血气分析各指标改善优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组通气后BNP、CRP水平改善较对照组显著(均P<0.05)。结论机械通气可有效改善高龄ARDS患者血气分析指标,降低BNP、CRP水平,其中有创机械通气效果较为显著。
