老年2型糖尿病患者血液脂肪细胞因子与代谢综合征的相关性 被引量：6

摘要 目的研究老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的脂肪细胞因子的表达,并探讨其与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法老年T2DM患者110例根据有无合并MS分成两组:T2DM无MS组(观察组)62例和T2DM合并MS组(对照组)48例。比较两组血脂水平、空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素水平以及脂肪因子的表达差异。结果观察组体重指数(BMI)(t=7.717,P<0.01)、收缩压(SBP)(t=4.116,P<0.01)均显著低于对照组;观察组甘油三酯(TG)(t=5.048,P<0.01)和总胆固醇(TC)(t=6.208,P<0.01)水平均显著低于对照组;观察组FPG(t=4.449,P<0.01)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)(t=2.047,P=0.043)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)(t=3.831,P<0.01)、胰岛β细胞分泌指数(HOMA-β)(t=2.601,P<0.01)水平均低于对照组;观察组脂联素(ADP)(t=4.449,P<0.01)、白细胞介素(IL)-6(t=2.047,P=0.043)水平均低于对照组。结论老年T2DM患者血液ADP、IL-6的水平与MS发生有着密切的联系。
