摘要
目的探讨中成药海尔福口服液对铝中毒小鼠心肌细胞损害的防治研究。方法随机选取60只小白鼠分为正常组、模型组、治疗1组和治疗2组,每组15只。正常组一直予等量蒸馏水灌胃治疗,后三组先染毒60 d,然后治疗1组和治疗2组用不同剂量的海尔福口服液通过灌胃方式治疗30 d,而模型组予等量蒸馏水灌胃,直至30 d实验结束。实验结束后,取血行生化检查,取心脏行心铝检查,并取心脏置于10%甲醛浸泡,送病理检查。结果治疗1组、治疗2组、模型组、正常组血清胆固醇分别为(5.95±0.59)mmol/L、(7.33±0.85)mmol/L、(7.25±0.42)mmol/L和(5.24±0.40)mmol/L,治疗2组和模型组明显高于正常组和治疗1组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;心铝含量分别为(182.26±20.43)μg/ml、(188.12±25.83)μg/ml、(259.15±23.01)μg/ml、(157.46±4.20)μg/ml(正常组、治疗1组和治疗2组与模型组比较,P<0.05;治疗1组和治疗2组与正常组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义)。血红蛋白(Hb)含量分别为(128.47±3.66)g/L、(125.83±3.63)g/L、(119.61±1.01)g/L和(127.91±5.14)g/L,模型组明显低于其他三组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。心肌病理检查提示模型组小鼠心肌损害最为严重,治疗1组、治疗2组较其他组均有不同程度的好转。结论铝中毒小鼠心肌损害较正常小鼠明显严重,同时中毒小鼠心铝含量升高和血清胆固醇升高,而Hb降低;提示一定量的金属铝对对心肌具有损害作用,对血胆固醇和Hb产生影响,海尔福口服液对铝中毒小鼠心肌细胞和血液生化有改善作用。
Objective To discuss the prevention research of Chinese Medicine Haierfu oral liquid on aluminium toxicity of myocardial cells in mice. Methods To choose 60 mice and divide into control group, model group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2, 15 mice in every group. The control group were given by equal distilled water until the experiment ended. The latter three groups were poisoned with aluminium for 60 days and then the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were treated with two different dose of Haierfu oral liquid by intragastric administration for 30 days, but model group were given by equal distilled water until the end of experiment. To get blood and cardial muscle to test, and cardial muscle which soaked in 10% formaldehyde were pathologic diagnosed at the end of the experiment. Results Their blood cholester of treatment group 1, treatment group 2, model group and control group were(5.95±0.59)mmol/L,(7.33±0.85)mmol/L,(7.25±0.42)mmol/L and(5.24±0.40)mmol/L, respectively, model group and treatment group 2 were all higher than that in control group and treatment group 1, there was statistical significance, P<0.05. The heart aluminium were(182.26±20.43)μg/ml,(188.12±25.83)μg/ml,(259.15±23.01)μg/ml and(157.46±4.20)μg/ml(control group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 compared with model group, P<0.05, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 compared with control group, P<0.05, there was statistical significance). Hemoglobin(Hb) were(128.47±3.66)g/L,(125.83± 3.63)g/L,(119.61±1.01)g/L and(127.91±5.14)g/L respectively, Hb in model group was lower than other three groups, P<0.05, it had statistic significance. Their pathological examination of cardial muscle showed that there was serious damage in model group, but treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 had different degree improvement. Conclusions Aluminium toxicity of myocardial cells were much more serious than control one, their heart aluminium and blood cholester did all increase, but hemoglobin decreased. These show that a certain aluminium can damage cardial muscle and affect blood choleter and hemoglobin, but Haierfu oral liquid has positive function on their cardial muscle and blood.
