摘要 本科生毕业前实习是将理论学习应用于临床实践的关键时期,是培养合格医学人才的重要环节。实习学生要在实习期间学会理论知识联系临床实际,将所学理论知识进行全面的复习、巩固、应用,使之转变为临床工作能力,为日后顺利成为临床执业医师奠定坚实的基础。为了促进医学生向临床医师的转变,培养医学生的基本操作技能、基本临床知识及临床思维能力。改进传统教学方法,加强教学管理,注重实践能力培养是培养高素质人才的关键。本文从师资队伍建设、"三基"培训、实习考核三个方面,利用观摩教学、基于问题的学习(PBL)教学和模拟教学相结合教学模式,探讨如何做好麻醉专业本科实习学生的临床教学工作。 Clinical practice during medical education is an essential way to train clinical skill and an effective means of teaching in which theories is applied to practice. As an important part of medical education, clinical practice teaching is an important period for medical students to become doctors, in which they integrate theory with practice. Improving traditional teaching method, strengthening practicality teaching method are the key to train high-quality personnel needs. This article discussed how to improve clinical education of the anesthesiology interne from the following three aspects: constructing teachers team, emphasizing training of fundamental theory, knowledge and skills, clinical examination. We established the observation of teaching method which combined the problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method and simulation teaching method, and investigated how to improve clinical teaching of anesthesia undergraduate interns.
