摘要
胃癌根治性胃大部切除术后残胃排空障碍,又称术后胃瘫综合征(PGS),是胃癌术后一种比较严重的并发症,其病因及发病机制不清,目前认为可能与多种因素有关;随着研究进展,PGS也有了新的诊断及治疗方法,本文就PGS的研究现状作一综述。
Functional delayed gastric emptying after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, also known as postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome(PGS), is a serious complication. A variety of factors may contribute to the PGS, but the pathogenesis is unknown. With further study, diagnosis and treatment methods of PGS have also made new progress. In this article, we mainly reviewed the current status of PGS after subtotal gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
