摘要
以盐酸酸洗废液和废铁屑为原料,制备了聚硅酸聚合氯化铁复合型絮凝剂(PSPFC),研究了聚铁中铁浓度、聚合硅酸浓度、聚合硅酸pH值、n(Fe)∶n(Si)及复合熟化时间等因素对絮凝性能的影响。正交试验结果表明,当制备条件为:Fe/Si物质的量比为1∶2,聚铁中铁浓度为0.6mol/L,复合熟化时间为40min时,研制的PSPFC对低浊污水(浊度10~20NTU)具有最佳处理效果,并具有较宽的pH适用范围。
By using the hydrochloric acid pickling wastewater and scrap iron asraw materials ,the polysilicic acid - polyferric chloride ( PSPFC ) flocculant isprepared under different conditions.By investigating the removing rate of turbidity ,the resultsshow that the flocculation efficiency isinfluenced by the Fe / Si molar rate ,the solute concentra - tion of Fe 3+ ,and especially influenced by the reaction time.The optional technological conditionsare asfollows :the Fe / Si molar rate is1 ∶2,the solute concentration of Fe 3+ is0.6mol /L and the reaction time is40min.The advantage of the PSPFC isthat it isgood for treating the light turbidity wastewater with a wide pH range.
