摘要
中小私营企业问题关系到中国未来企业的可持续发展。通过对温州市中小私营企业的调查,发现在中国私营企业欣欣向荣发展的背后,还存在着管理落后、融资困难、创新乏力等诸多问题。本文通过对这些问题的分析,提出了一些应对策略。
The problems of small and medium private enterprises impact the sustainable development of the future enterprises of China . Through the researching to the small and medium private enterprises of Wenzhou, we found that there were many problems in financing, innovating and modern enterprise management, though Chinese private enterprises were growing greatly. Here I analyzed some problems of private enterprises and then made some suggestions.
