摘要
执政理念是马克思主义党建学说的一个基本范畴,是执政的理论前提。中国共产党自成为全国范围内的执政党以来,其执政理念发展经历了三个阶段。在此发展过程中,中国共产党对执政理念的认识经历了由不自觉意识的发展状态转变为自觉意识的发展状态,与此同时,中国共产党始终坚持以全心全意为人民服务为出发点,坚持立党为公、执政为民,其执政理念的发展也是随着对社会主义认识的不断深化而发展的。
The concept of governance is the Marxist theory of party building and is the premise of the ruling.Since the CPC has become the country’s ruling party,its governance concept development has gone through three phases.Throughout this process,the Chinese Communist Party’s understanding about the concept of governance has gone from a state uncon- sciously into a conscious one.At the same time,the Communist Party of China has always adhered to serving people.The development of its concept of governance is also derived from the continuous understanding about socialism.
