摘要
电能质量是城市电网面临的突出问题,提升电能质量是供电企业和电力客户共同关心的技术难题。以深圳电网这一典型城市电网为例,通过调研,分析城市电网重点区域的电能质量问题,研究应用于解决区域电网电压暂降的中压大功率综合治理装置工业可行性方案。结合深圳电网近3年电能质量监测数据的统计分析,完成中压大功率电能质量调节器设计,并利用PSCAD仿真软件进行仿真验证。实验表明,中压大功率电压暂降综合治理装置可有效解决区域电网的电能质量问题,所提出的设计方案对城市电网区域电能质量治理具有积极的指导意义。
Power quality (PQ) has become a key problem of urban power grid recently. Improving power quality is a technical problem being concerned by both power supply companies and the consumers. Shenzhen power grid, as a typical urban power grid, is exemplified in this paper. Through researches, typical PQ issues of a key region in urban power grid are discussed. Industrial feasibility study is carried out on medium-voltage high-power comprehensive treatment device for solving voltage sags problems in regional power grids. Based on the statistical analysis of PQ monitoring data of Shenzhen power grid in the recent three years, a medium-voltage high-power PQ regulator is designed. Simulation experiments are carried out using PSCAD simulation software, and these experiments show that the device can effectively solve the PQ issues of regional power grids. This design scheme is exploratory and instructive for improving regional power quality in urban power grid.
