摘要
随着配电网设备量的逐年增加,设备多、分布广的特点使传统的运维方式,特别是巡检方式的弊端日益凸显,使计划执行情况无法检验,现场到位情况难以掌控,大量信息保存不便,手工录入易疏漏,周期性红外检测难以满足运维要求,首先采用"移动化"、"标准化"理念改造传统作业模式;接着采用RFID技术、手持终端、无线通信技术、GPS导航技术、测温贴片等技术构建配电网智能化运维检修系统,从而提升现场作业的信息化、规范化和智能化,提高配电网设备及通道运维质量,适应配电网状态检修的需要。
With the increasing of distribution network equipment, and due to the features that there is a large amount of equipments and their wide distribution, malpractice of the traditional operation and maintenance mode, especially the inspection methods appears day by day, which result in the fact that the implementation of the plan cannot be tested;the scene in place is hard to handle, a lot of information is inconvenient for preservation, manual entry is easy to be overlooked, and periodic infrared detection is difficult to meet the requirements of operation and maintenance. The concept based on“mobility”and“standardization”is adopted to transform the traditional operation mode. RFID technology, handheld terminal, wireless communication technology, GPS navigation technology, temperature measurement chip technology are adopted to construct intelligent operation and maintenance system for distribution network. Informatization, standardization and intelligentization of field operation is promoted, operation and maintenance quality for distribution network equipment and channel is improved, which meet the need of condition based maintenance of distribution network.
