摘要
基于闭环测试原理对智能变电站继电保护装置自动测试系统的构建方法和关键技术进行研究。从智能变电站继电保护装置测试的实际特点和需求出发,充分运用现有的软件技术及通讯技术,设计一种较为通用的继电保护装置自动测试系统,并具体阐述该系统的设计思路和操作流程。经实践证明,该系统可完成常见的线性度测试、开入测试、开出测试、定值校验测试、保护逻辑测试等功能,满足继电保护产品的测试需要,可大大提高测试的效率和质量。
The construction method and key technology of the automatic test system of relay protection device in smart substation based on the principle of closed-loop testing are studied. Based on the actual characteristics and needs of testing relay protection device in smart substation, a kind of general automatic test system of relay protection device is designed by fully using the existing software technology and communication technology. The design idea and operation flow of the system are described in detail. Practice has proved that the system can complete the function of a common linearity test, opening into the test, out of the test, fixed set point test and the protection logic test to meet the testing needs of the relay protection products, which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of the test.
