摘要
为了探索不同引种地厚竹的纤维形态特征和含量变化,通过测定11个产地厚竹竹秆基部、中部和顶部的秆壁外部、中部和内部的纤维长度、宽度和含量,采用方差分析和多重比较,分析厚竹原产地和引种地的竹秆纤维形态、轴向和径向变化规律及纤维素含量。结果表明:厚竹单根纤维长度379.03~5 104.56μm,平均1 583.29μm;宽度3.19~33.45μm,平均14.32μm。纤维长度主要在1 000~2 000μm间,占总纤维数的63.47%~77.47%。纤维形态存在轴向和径向差异,轴向差异大于径向差异。引种地竹秆基部和顶部的纤维长度均有显著差异,有4个引种地的纤维长度在基部、中部和顶部间存在显著差异。不同引种地的纤维形态的轴向和径向差异不一样。随着竹秆高度的上升,11个产地中有6个产地的纤维长度先增长然后变短,4个产地由基部向梢部逐渐变短,仅永安由基部向梢部逐渐增长。纤维宽度的轴向变化幅度小于纤维长度,其中有3个产地的纤维宽度轴向差异不显著。纤维长度的径向变化主要表现为秆壁中部最长,其次是内部,外部纤维相对较短,但也有部分产地竹壁外部的纤维长于内部。引种地和种源地之间,其纤维形态、轴向和径向变化、纤维素含量等均不存在系统差异,引种栽植在纤维质量和含量层面不会对竹材工业利用价值产生负面变化。
To explore the changes of fiber morphology and content of Phyllostachys edulis ‘Pachyloen' from different introduction site, we studied Phyllostachys edulis ‘Pachyloen' from eleven habitats, measured the length, width, and content of the fiber at the external, middle, and internal bamboo culm at bamboo's base, center, and top. By using variance analysis and Duncan multiple comparison, we analyzed the fiber content and variation pattern of fiber morphology, axial variation, and radial variation for P. edulis‘Pachyloen' with different habitats and introduction sites. Our results show that the P. edulis ‘Pachyloen' single fiber length varies from 379.03 μm to 5 104.56 μm, with the average value being 1583.29 μm; width is within 3.19 μm to 33.45 μm, with average value 14.32 μm. The fiber length is mostly distributed in 1 000 μm-2 000 μm, accounting for 63.47%-77.47% of the total fiber amount. Fiber morphology changes along both axial dimension and radial dimension, where the variance is bigger along radial dimension. The fiber length at the bottom and top of bamboos are significantly different among all introduction sites, and in 4 introduction sites the fiber length are significantly different among bottom, center, and top region. The axial and radial variation of fiber morphology are quite different among different introduction sites. Regarding the change of fiber length, as the bamboo culm height increases, it firstly increase then decrease in 6 production sites out of 11, in another 4 sites it gradually decreases, with the only exception being Yong'an where it gradually increases. Regarding fiber width, the change extent is smaller than fiber length along radial dimension, in 3 sites the fiber width does not significantly change along axial dimension. The main change in fiber length is that it is longest at the middle of culm wall, followed by inner culm wall, and the external culm wall has relatively short fiber length. However, at a few sites the external culm wall has longer fiber than inner culm wall. Among all introduction sites and origin sites, there exists no systematic difference in the fiber morphology, radial and axial dimension variation, and fiber content, therefore introduced planting has no negative impact on bamboo's industrial utility from fiber quality and content aspects.
