摘要
为研究曲靖烟区烟叶重金属分布特征,对曲靖烟区不同区域的烟叶中铜、铅、铬、镉、砷、汞等重金属含量分布特征及不同烤烟品种、不同海拔高度之间的差异进行分析。结果表明,曲靖烟区烤烟中铅含量处于较高水平,是当前曲靖烤烟中的存在重金属污染风险较大的主要元素,铜、铬、镉、砷、汞含量处于较低水平。烤烟重金属含量在曲靖不同县区之间存在显著差异,烤烟重金属累积较少的是师宗和陆良,重金属累积较多的是沾益、宣威和麒麟,其中沾益烟区烟叶铅含量显著高于其他县区,其高于全市平均值的样品比例高达100%。烤烟重金属含量在不同品种之间存在较为明显的差异,‘云烟97’的铜含量和‘云烟105’的镉含量最低,‘红大’的铅含量和‘云烟100’的铬含量最高,砷和汞含量在各品种之间差异未达显著水平;烟叶中重金属含量相对较高的品种是‘红大’,相对较低的是‘云烟97’和‘K326’。烤烟铜、镉、铬、砷含量差异在不同海拔范围之间均未达到显著水平,铅含量在2000~2200 m海拔范围、汞含量在1400~1600 m海拔范围显著高于其他海拔范围。
The paper aims to study the distribution characteristics of heavy metals in tobacco leaves in Qujing tobacco growing areas. The distribution characteristics of Cu, Pb, Cr, Cd, As and Hg in tobacco leaves from different regions and the differences among varieties and altitudes were analyzed. The results showed that the content of Pb in flue-cured tobacco was at a high level, and Cu, Cr, Cd, As and Hg were at a low level. Pb was probably the main heavy metal element in flue-cured tobacco in Qujing. The content of heavy metals in flue-cured tobacco was significantly different among different counties. The accumulation of heavy metals in flue-cured tobacco was less in Shizong and Luliang, and more in Zhanyi, Xuanwei and Qilin. The content of Pb inZhanyi was significantly higher than that in other counties, and the proportion of samples with Pb higher than the average value of Qujing was as high as 100% in Zhanyi. The contents of heavy metals were significantlydifferent among different varieties. The content of Cu in‘Yunyan 97’and Cd in‘Yunyan 105’were thelowest, the content of Pb in’Hongda’and Cr in‘Yunyan 100’were the highest, while the content of As andHg were not significantly different among the varieties.’Hongda’had relatively high content of heavy metalsin tobacco leaves, while‘Yunyan 97’and‘K326’had relatively low content. The differences of Cu, Cd, Crand As in flue-cured tobacco did not reach significant level in altitude ranges. The contents of Pb in fluecured tobacco at 2000-2200 m and Hg at 1400-1600 m were significantly higher than those at other altitudes.
