摘要
目的探讨ABC-VED分析法在妇幼专科医院药品库存管理中的应用效果。方法从本院HIS系统提取2017年1月1日至12月31日的药品出库数据,根据累积金额及重要程度进行ABC及VED分类,形成ABC-VED矩阵;提取2017年1~8月和2018年1~8月的出入库数据,比较ABC-VED分析法实施前后的周转率及缺药率等库房管理指标的变化。结果根据ABC-VED矩阵,全部788个药品中,属第Ⅰ类、需要给予高级别管控的药品占205(26.02%),第Ⅱ类药品占480(60.91%),第Ⅲ类药品占103(13.07%)。实施ABC-VED分析法后,月库存周转率由2017年的(205.02±11.47)%显著提升至2018年同期的(300.19±13.54)%(P <0.05);缺药率由2017年的(0.75±0.004)%下降至2018年的(0.48±0.003)%(P <0.05)。结论采用ABC-VED分析法可有效优化库存品种和数量,提高药品库存周转率,减少缺药率和药品库存成本。
Objective To determine the practical effect of ABC-VED matrix in drug inventory management in a women and children’s hospital.Methods The delivery data from January to December in 2017 were extracted from hospital information system(HIS)of the hospital,followed by ABC classification on cumulative value and VED classification on the factor of criticality to arrive at an ABC-VED matrix.The delivery and storage data from January to August in 2017 and from January to August in 2018 were collected and the monthly turnover rate and drug shortage rate were statistically analyzed before and after the ABC-VED matrix.Results According to the ABC-VED matrix,out of the 788 items,205(26.02%)were in categoryⅠthat required maximum control,480(60.91%)were in categoryⅡand 103(13.07%)were in categoryⅢ.After the application of ABC-VED matrix,the average turnover rate reached(300.19±13.54)%in 2018 as compared with(205.02±11.47)%(P<0.05)in the same period in 2017,and the drug shortage rate went down to(0.48±0.003)%in 2018 vs(0.75±0.004)%in the same period in 2017.Conclusion With ABC-VED matrix,the inventory variety and quantity can be optimized,the drug turnover rate can be increased and the drug shortage rate and the stock cost can be reduced.
