摘要
文章针对万能材料试验机测试系统技术改造过程中方案选择、抗干扰及屈服极限测定等问题,进行了分析研究,在分析2种技改方案特点的基础上,采用基于通用微机的技改方案,根据测量过程中干扰信号的特点,从硬件和软件两方面提出了相应的解决措施,针对典型的塑性材料(如低碳钢)有明显屈服现象的特点,给出了其屈服极限σs的算法,成功地捕捉了下屈服点。试验结果表明,提出的方法是可行和有效的。
Several issues such as the choosing of the modification plan, anti-jamming and measuring of the yield stress σs in the modification process of the testing system in the universal testing machine are discussed. The modification plan based on the technology of computer and sensor is chosen by comparing two kinds of plans.The measures of anti-jamming are taken from hardware and software according to the feature of jamming signals. The algorithm of the yield stress σs of the plastic materials such as mild steel which has obvious yielding phenomenon is presented and the lower yielding stress is captured successfully.The presented methods are proved to be practical and effective in the test.
