摘要
调查医院药学实习生的自主学习能力现状。药学实习生自主学习准备度量表得分(138.2±25.1);文化程度、专业名称、是否喜爱药学专业、实习期间有无学习困难、对现有教学方式是否满意、是否有自主学习培训经历、是否有小组学习培训经历7个自变量在量表3个维度的整体检验的差异有统计学意义;上述7个变量的自我管理、自我控制维度得分的差异均有统计学意义。药学实习生的自主学习能力有待提高,制定了相应的实习教学对策。
The current situation of self-directed learning ability of hospital pharmacy interns was investigated.The score of Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale for pharmacy interns was(138.2±25.1).Among the 7 variables,education level,professional name,whether like pharmacy,during the internship period without learning difficulties,satisfaction of the existing teaching mode,whether participate in self-directed learning training,whether participate in group learning training,the scale scores in the 3 dimensions were statistically different;there were statistically significant differences in the scores of self-management and self-control between the 7 variables.The self-directed learning ability of hospital pharmacy interns needs to be improved,and corresponding practice teaching countermeasures were implemented.
