摘要
目的 考察影响超临界 CO2 流体萃取迷迭香中抗氧化物质的因素。方法 采用正交试验设计 ,以两级萃取物中主要抗氧化活性成分鼠尾草酸含量作为考察指标 ,对影响超临界 CO2 流体萃取鼠尾草酸工艺的因素进行研究。结果 得到了萃取鼠尾草酸的最佳工艺条件。一级分离的最佳试验工艺条件为 :萃取压力 4 0 MPa、萃取温度 5 5℃、分离压力 5 MPa、分离温度 70℃ ;二级分离的最佳试验工艺条件为 :萃取压力 2 0 MPa、萃取温度 75℃、分离压力 15 MPa、分离温度 80℃。结论 超临界 CO2
Object To study the conditions for the extraction of active components of antioxidant in Rosmarinus officinalis L. by supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction (SFE CO 2). Methods Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal test design by the content of carnosic acid in the two grade extract as index. Results The optimized conditions for the yield of carnosic acid were established. The best SFE conditions were: for separation Ⅰ, extraction pressure 40 MPa, extraction temperature 55 ℃, separation pressure 5 MPa, separation temperature 70 ℃; for separation Ⅱ, extraction pressure 20 MPa, extraction temperature 75 ℃, separation pressure 15 MPa, separation temperature 80 ℃. Conclusion This method is suitable to the extraction of antioxidant component carnosic acid from R. officinalis by SFE CO 2.
